Thank you for shopping at Buddha Trace. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1.Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email. (Note for Custom/Handmade Items: For special commissioned artworks or custom jewelry, processing may take up to 4 weeks. This will be clearly stated on the respective product page.)

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping option:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Shipping rates are determined by the carrier at checkout (Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $300).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can easily monitor your delivery status at any time by visiting our [Track Your Order] page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Buddha Trace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, import VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. For international orders, we highly recommend checking with your local customs office regarding import regulations and potential fees prior to placing your order.

5. Shipping of High-Value Items (Thangka & Fine Jewelry)

To ensure the secure arrival of our premium art pieces and high-value items, all orders over $500 will be shipped with full transit insurance and will require a direct signature upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to ship these high-value items to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

We take immense care in securely packaging our sacred arts and accessories. However, if your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact us immediately at buddhatraceme@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
