Why can't I return or exchange the thangka?

Some Thangka artworks are custom-made, commissioned, blessed, consecrated, or prepared for a specific devotional purpose. Because of their personal and spiritual nature, these items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, unless required by applicable law.

This restriction only applies when the item was clearly marked as custom-made, personalized, blessed, consecrated, made-to-order, or final sale before purchase.

This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. Buddha Trace will help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund according to our Return & Warranty Policy.
